Gradually changing myself out of being a complainer or a moaner or a giver upper. I started to see my life in a much more positive way. My advice to my 21-year-old body – from my 35-year-old one….

I was thinking about how much my body has changed since I was 21 and how at least once a year I would always think I was fat. Not realising I had a strong and lean body. I didn't understand that difference as I only ever saw skinny as good. But now I realise that my body was amazing back then and we should all be proud of our bodies especially when we are young!
