We offer X12 week training programmes where you train up to X3 times a week in a small group of up to 6 people.
This is a training program with a difference - you get results!

What the program entails:

  •  Access to X3 sessions a week at any venue of your choice.
  •  Training using a variant of methods such as kettle bells, boxing, weighted bars, bulgarian bags and body weight.
  •  We will weigh you, measure your body fat, measure your muscle and take tape measurements every 4 weeks!
  •  Take a fitness test every 4 weeks.
  •  You will get a folder with all your information and homework.
  •  Give you access to a private VIP Facebook group where you will be joined by everyone on the program.
  • You will be given a clean eating guide and a 7 day meal planner with amazing recipes.
  • A 98 recipe e book with lots of ideas for new meals.
  • Access to our resident nutritionist who is in the VIP Group and who we have a group call with once a month.
  •  A foam roller to help reduce injury and muscle soreness.
  •  A group of like minded people all on the same journey.
  • Group training days and special activities such as Yoga.

Due to the success of our program we will be expanding our time slots available so if there isn’t a slot that works for you please get in touch anyway as we can launch one if there is enough interest.

Times & dates so far are:

Beckenham Cator Park, Lennard Road - Monday’s, Thursday’s - 7pm.
Queensmead Rec ground, Shortlands - Tuesday, Thursday 6am, Saturday 8am
