Empowering people through exercise and movement is our passion. We embrace getting outside and exercising in nature, while enjoying ourselves among a great group of fun and encouraging people.
Mums & Babies - All of our weekday morning sessions are women only and we encourage mums to bring along their babies & toddlers. (Just bring along enough toys and snacks to amuse them!)
Weekend & evening sessions are mixed gender and child-free.
We train in ALL weathers from summer sunshine to winter snow, so always bring along your water plus your sunscreen, sunnies, raincoat, thermals, gloves... you get the picture!
Our sessions are always challenging and full of variety and, suitable for all fitness levels. Our bootcamps offer so much more than just building muscle or losing weight, they're the perfect feel-good environment to train and make new friends along the way.
